If you are interested in commissioning me, please read all of the following terms of service.

Terms of Service

Inquiry Stage

• When requesting a commission, please have all details of what you’d like laid out as much as possible. This includes a description of required parts of the piece, references/images, and an optional time frame should you need it (cannot be less than 5 days from inquiry to completion of work).
• Correspondence will be exclusive to emails.

Payment

• Payment via Paypal for domestic (Canada) and international currencies. Payment must be sent in advance before I begin your order.
• If we agree on the commission request, pay the invoice/quote to me within 5 days or I will cancel the commission agreement.
• No cancellations mid-progress on your order. Refunds are not distributed unless the commission has not begun yet.

Process Tracking

• In the process of working on your order, I will send a draft sketch when it is ready for assessment.
• If you have any edits in mind, they can be implemented at the sketch stage.
• Minor revisions after the sketch stage (such as to colour of a smaller part of the piece) are possible but limited to three and ideally to be avoided. Any more revisions will be subjected to a fee as it is time-consuming to go back and edit drawings past the sketch stage.
• Until you approve the sketch, work will not progress.
• In the case of a longer time frame (exceeding a 7 day period), I will give updates to you once a week.

Use of Work

• Commissioned work is for non-profit personal use only. This includes usage for your socials and/or vtuber purposes.
• You may not reproduce, redistribute, make derivatives, or use commissioned work from me commercially (meaning you may not monetize or make money off of the artwork).
• Please credit me by name (Bei Evely and a link to this website) if sharing commissioned work on any digital or printed platforms.
• I have the right to publish the artwork to my portfolio and social media (unless specifically requested to be private for an additional fee).
• I DO NOT CONSENT TO MY ART BEING USED WITH AI GENERATORS OR AS NFTS

Art Subject Limitations

I will not include this subject matter in commissioned work:

• Bestiality (note: this category is distinct from furry/anthro requests)
• Underage sexuality
• Hateful or bigoted depictions
• Complicated/realistic large machinery (Eg. cars, circuitry)
• Sexual fluids
• Intense gore
• Note: This list may expand or change at any time to reflect the artist’s boundaries at the stage of accepting new requests. I reserve the right to decline a commission request if I am unable to fulfill it, find the request hateful/offensive, or feel uncomfortable.

Agreement

I reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time without acknowledgement from you the client. By commissioning me, you agree to all of the above.
